Current Opportunities

Business Development Manager

London / Remote – Permanent

Since 2005 we have pioneered the use of light & pixel technology to develop magical & measurable shared experiences for the world’s largest retailers, brands and entertainment venues. Our epic, immersive artworks offer the opportunity for physical and digital interaction together, creating unforgettable memories, and building long-lasting emotional connections with people.

Our headquarters are in London, and we operate globally, with a regional office in Dubai. We’re unique in how we bring together creative, technology and production under one roof. We’re a team of around 40 talented individuals who have built a fantastic community. We’re collaborative, passionate and social. What connects us all is that we love what we do!

Role summary

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, booking and chairing new business meetings, direct with brands which generate opportunities and projects for the business. You will coordinate with the Director of Growth to set strategy around both hunting new business and farming incoming leads, and areas of growth in current accounts.

Person specification

You’re a great fit if:

  • You’ve been a quota-hitting new business sales person that can demonstrate a clear and structured sales process
  • You’ve had experience selling to organisations from SME – Enterprise
  • Experience with complex, solution-focused sales cycles ranging from 2 months – 1 year+
  • You have experience researching industries, companies and individuals to identify key stakeholders, and creating sales strategies to target them

BONUS – if you have experience selling a creative solution, such as a marketing or creative

Resource Coordinator

London / Remote – Permanent

Role summary

You will work closely with the Senior Resource Manager to source and build teams to complete projects against specifications. You’ll take responsibility for contacting freelancers to check availability, quote rates and build continued relationships – while updating the database with current information. You’ll support in workplace operations, making sure all freelancers and contributors have adequate tech.

Person specification

You’re a great fit if:

  • You’re naturally process orientated and the kind of person who enjoys order
  • You don’t mind being on the phone and are comfortable building relationships that way
  • You are naturally creative and are energised by the work we do [visit our instagram!]
  • You are good at managing and prioritising a high volume of tasks, and can balance multiple requests at once

BONUS – if you have experience in a resource or traffic coordinator role!
